At Klaro Cigars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop the parcel at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
